… Our restaurant took its name from the town – in the heart of Tuscany – where in a small farmhouse was founded many years ago. Since then the name The Querciolaie has been for many gourmets synonymous with good food, sea and land, in full respect of Tuscan tradition. With the same philosophy in 2005 we completely renovated and expanded the property, adding to restaurant the hotel hospitality: 20 spacious rooms, all with a bathroom, minibar, air conditioning and TV. All it complemented by a large swimming pool, inserted in the inner courtyard, with a breathtaking view on the beautiful Maremma countryside.
