The farmhouse consists of two different structures. The first, il Roseto, is a farmhouse from which 4 apartments have been created, all renovated and furnished with pastel colors in the living area, natural wood furniture and wrought iron beds in the sleeping area. The second structure, Podere Fragolaia is instead made up of a second farmhouse on two floors, 1.5 km from the first.
